Our Story
A Neighborhood Corner That Feels Like Home
We opened Middletown Coffee Shop on Bound Brook Road with one simple idea: serve coffee that respects the bean, food that tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares, and a space where strangers become regulars.
Every cup is pulled by baristas who know the difference between a rushed shot and a patient one. Every pastry leaves the oven at 5 a.m. Our walls are painted the color of old books, our chairs have been sat in by thousands of conversations, and our door is always open.
